I work as an Independent Disability Equality Trainer/Consultant. I offer a range of unique services at the personal level. The services which are offered include Disability Awareness Workshops These services are geared toward helping those with physical disabilities, families, friends, and professionals. The services inpart advice together with first hand on how to overcome challenges. Each individual or group who books a service will have a consultation to assess what they require The ethos of my business is that everybody, with a disability or not, should have the basic right to have the same opportunities as each other. It is enabling them, as individuals, to help themselves. I am based in Tunbridge Wells - on the boarder of Kent and Sussex but I would be more than happy to travel. Please feel free to Email me if my services can benefit you.

What is my mission?I am a firm believer in making the most out of life. Very few people can achieve on their own. With people with disabilities, it is often the reverse and they need much more human resources to accomplish duties as well as goals. The reason I have chosen to train people is because I believe everybody should have the right to have a fun, individualistic life. These workshops are to draw comparisons between non-disabled people and people with physical disabilities. From these comparisons, I can explore ways to enhance enabling people with disabilities to have individualism and uniqueness. There could be many factors why people with disabilities find it difficult to participate fully in the world and this is due to physical and social barriers within society. My aimsTo develop a deeper understanding of disability. Enabling non-disabled people to look at situations from the perspective of someone with a disability. Encouraging positive thinking amongst both non-disabled people and people with disabilities about challenging issues such as personal identity and equality. Assisting people to overcome physical and social barriers. Helping and guiding people with physical disabilities to achieve what they want out of their lives and to be individuals.
